    This is the best cleaning service that we have used in a while VERY DETAILED the owner is a great guy and actually cares about his customers unlike some other companies that we have used I would recommend them to anyone!

    I was looking for someone to clean my house on a regular basis and “Living Social” deal from Express Cleaning of Tampa Bay came handy.
    When I called to make an appt, the guy told me that it might be 2 people to come to clean my house, not one. This will take less time with no compromise on quality of the job. I agreed with him, as long as job done well. ONe day I came home, and my husband said that cleaning people were here. I was surprised because it wasn’t the day of our scheduled appt. I LOOKED AROUND AND IT WASN’T A PRETTY PICTURE! Some of the areas were cleaned and some of them not! ONLY KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, AND PARTIALLY MASTER BATHROOM was cleaned but not my office and upstairs rooms! My house is just under 2000sq.f, and always tidy and neat. It doesn’t take long to clean it. The owner told me that these two young boys (!) just ran out of allotted time ( 1h30m). I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN QUALITY of the job AND HOW THE OWNER HANDLED MY COMPLAIN. I would NEVER use them again!

    THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGERS RIPOFF I HAVE COME ACROSS – IT HAS TAKEN OVER 8 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET A RESPONSE VIA EMAIL – NO PHONE CALL OF COURSE AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REFUND NOR A HOUSE CLEANING – THEY COMMUNICATE ONLY VIA EMAIL AFTER YOU HAVE ATTEMPTED MANY MANY TIMES TO REACH THEM – I WANT A REFUND OF MY FUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OH AND HIS RESONSE TO MY MESSAGE WAS TO CALL GROUPON FOR A REFUND – LOL LIKE THEY WOULD REFUND MONEY ALREADY PAID TO EXPRESS CLEANING.

    DO NOT BUY ANY GROUPONS FROM EXPRESS CLEANING – YOULL JUST GOING TO THROW IT ALL AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
